I recently had the pleasure of staying at the downtown extended stay, front desk is always friendly and helpful, security is amazing officer Rodriguez is the friendliest and full on badass guy. I don't have to worry about my safety at night when he is on-duty.
This location is probably one of the best locations in town for the rates they offer! Natasha the general manager is very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend for long term stay
Stayed here for the Austin Marathon weekend. Don’t let the price fool you, the rooms were actually VERY nice. The bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean. Air conditioning worked wonderfully and there was absolutely no foul odor in the room. That being said, the hallways do have an unpleasant smell but its not that serious for the price. All in all, pleasantly surprised at the value and quality of the room. Just a short 10-15 min walk to downtown across the bridge. Area did not feel unsafe at all either. Will definitely look into other Extended stay’s for this price point.
Best suite hotel in Austin for the money. Front desk personnel were fantastic and even the maintenance personnel were friendly. I truly enjoyed staying here and they accommodated my dog perfectly. I wish I could have stayed more than one night because Austin has so much to offer
Booked here for attending the Formula One. Friendly staff upon booking and various coming and goings. Location was great. Nice quiet neighbourhood, with a couple of burger bars literally just across the road . The infamous Bat bridge was about a ten minute walk away. The room itself was spacious with a mini kitchen included. Aircon and a massive fridge/freezer.
We loved the kitchen feature. We cooked breakfast every morning during our stay. Close by to south congress shopping. Our stay there was very good other than the doors not blocking out hallway noise.
They dont clean the rooms much but this place was perfect for me. Friendly helpful staff. Coffee and muffins or oatmeal and grits in the morning. Walking distance to town and Zilker park. Close bus stops. I had a lovely view of the skyline. Room had frig micro and stovetop. Close to Congress bridge and avenue.
